8. Neutrals are the essence of winter collections. How can you liven up those colors? Again, accessories. use a scarf whenever possible. You can make your dull black coat much more fascinating with a graphic scarf on top of it. You can also, emphasize on more colourful booths. The best thing about that is that you can choose where to put the accent of your outfit. There is no best way, just experimenting and playing with your clothes.
